Classes

Do I need to bring my own cycle shoes for cycle class? 

Our pedals are double sided - passholder can wear either regular sneakers or SPD cleat cycling shoes! We have TIEM cycling shoes for sale at the front desk, too. 

What do I need to bring to class? 

Water, always. We recommend a towel for those sweaty classes, but you can rent one from us if you forget! For yoga and sound healing, bring a yoga mat. You may enjoy a blanket and pillow in sound healing! For barre, consider wearing sticky socks. You may want ear plugs for certain classes, we also have those for sale! 

Are classes beginner friendly? 

YES! Our instructors give options for all fitness levels. 

Cancellation Policy

What is the class cancellation policy?

You must cancel your class within 8 hours to avoid a penalty ($10), members get 2 freebies per month. If you no-show to class, there is a penalty ($20 for unlimited memberships), members get 1 freebie per month.

Can I freeze my membership? 

100% - we got you!

How much advance must I give to cancel my membership? 

If you have no commitment, you can cancel your membership anytime before your next scheduled payment!

If you have a 12 month commitment and need to cancel your membership early, half the price of your remaining balance will be due.

Parking

Parking in the GLOW lot is always free when you come for class. If the lot is full, nearby free parking is available as shown on the map below. The “additional parking” lot has GLOW reserved spots and is located at 1020 E Whitaker Mill Rd.
