This place has good vibes!! The staff is welcoming and kind. I’ve left every class with a smile on my face and feeling like I got a good work out. The instructors clearly know their stuff and choreograph classes beforehand. Def try this place for a fun work out!

GLOW has been the best find since I’ve moved down to NC! The instructors and staff are SO welcoming, sweet and supportive. I’ve tried things I never thought I would, and I’ve made so many new friends! I also have had some of the best workouts of my life here! 10/10 highly recommend checking them out!

I officially joined GLOW in January and it quickly proved to be one of the best decisions I could have made for myself. At the time, my goal was to find a community where I felt challenged, supported, and loved. What started as a way to challenge my physical body became a place where my mind and soul grew with it. I highly recommend this gym and will gladly support anyone through a class! You are so much more powerful than you know, and this gym can pull it out of you.
