We’d love to start this journey with you! Many of our members started with little or no fitness experience. Our instructors provide options for all levels, encourage you to move at your own pace, and are here to help you feel comfortable from your very first class.
What if I’m new to working out?

From strength training and cycle to dance fitness, combat, athletic conditioning, and mindfulness classes, there's something for every mood, goal, and fitness level. Your intro gives you unlimited access to try them all.
What types of classes do you offer?

Water & vibes! Forgot yours? We have plenty.
For cycle, sneakers or SPD cleats are perfect.
For barre and yoga, grip socks are recommended but not required.

What do I bring?
Do you have showers or towels?

We do not offer showers. We do offer cool and dry towels!
When does my intro offer activate?
