What is Cycle Syncing…and Why Does It Matter? 

GLOWing in Sync is all about implementing cycle syncing, a holistic approach to fitness that aligns your workouts, nutrition, and more to the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle. We want you to balance your routine with your body’s natural rhythm. Think of it as working with your hormones instead of fighting them.

Your cycle has four distinct phases (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal), each with unique hormonal shifts that impact energy levels, strength, and recovery. When you optimize our workouts and nutrition to match what your body needs during each phase, we can manyyyy benefits like:
