We are super excited to be adding cold plunge cryotherapy to GLOW Fitness - Raleigh! Before you take the [cold] plunge, we wanted to share some information about what cold plunging is as well as highlight the positive impact that cold plunging can have on your well-being.

Even if you haven’t tried it before, you’ve likely seen athletes, influencers and celebrities giving cold plunging a try. Cold plunging is partially or fully immersing yourself in cold water. When you first try cold plunging, it is important to remember to start with fewer parts of your body and shorter durations (i.e. under a minute) as your body needs time to adjust. Over time, you can cold plunge for longer periods of time and submerge more of your body in the water.
