Summer Cleaning: Allow Yourself Change

Wassup Glow Gang!

Summer is coming and the sun is shining in Raleigh! I wanted to take the time to write an encouraging letter to the community after an insightful conversation I had with some friends after class yesterday.  

After BodyPump we were discussing this season of transition, and what it feels like to be in the headspace of determining what path to take next in life. One of the impactful outcomes from the conversation is to take the time to cultivate and prioritize your passion, but focusing on what that passion may be as an ADULT. 

Oftentimes, we craft our future based on experiences and influences from the past, trying to predict a path of success. I encourage you to explore different paths to determine what aligns for you best right now, after allowing yourself to have new experiences that could inspire new feelings or new trajectories. Some of us declared our life path at 18, and for some of us that works. For others (like me), maybe we need a little bit more time and lived experiences before making life-long commitments at a young impressionable age. 

Allow yourself the privilege to reconnect with who you are to see what this phase of life can show you about yourself! And don’t lose yourself in the external markers of success. YOU ARE SUCCESS! Everytime you walk into GLOW and finish a class, or sign up for a new class, stay after to socialize at the AfterParty, take a moment for yourself during Red Light Therapy - you are SUCCESS! 

At GLOW we would love to see your authentic GLOW, created by you living in a way that is aligned with your specific passion and happiness.
